Hands-on Workshop Augmented Reality using different data glasses.
The user of virtual reality glasses is completely immersed in a computer-generated digital world. With augmented reality technology, on the other hand, one sees the world around him or her as it is. In addition, the data glasses project or augment further information into the field of vision. The spectrum ranges from text inserts, video and sound to animated 3D content. And if you can interact with this additional information, it is called mixed reality.
In the context of a hands-on workshop in the rooms of the Marburger agency Werkraum56 the participants could inform themselves yesterday evening about the possibilities of this interesting technology. Thomas Winzer had brought with him several pairs of AR data glasses to explain the differences in handling as well as the various application scenarios "directly on the device".
