Today, our annual employee or Feedback conversations started.

These appointments are far more than a standard for us: We consciously take time for the personal exchange between team management, personnel department and each individual. The focus is not only on successes, but above all on the individual wishes for further training and our own impulses for our joint work.

We actively listen to create perspectives and promote the development of each team member in a targeted manner.
